Graduating students are advised to log in to the Administration System and complete the “Graduating Student Exit Survey” to facilitate subsequent manual verification within the system.Thank you for your cooperation.

操作步驟:

登入【校務系統】Log in to the Administration System     
→ 學務資訊模組(Student Affairs Module)  
→ 應屆畢業生問卷（畢業離校） (Graduating Student Exit Survey)

This is one of the required items in the graduation clearance checklist.

 

※填答過程如有任何疑問，請洽職發組，或改以備援系統（網址：https://gradsurvey.usc.edu.tw/）填寫，亦可使用紙本「應屆畢業生問卷」。填答完成後，請翻拍並回傳至 cjs@g2.usc.edu.tw。

※Should you have any inquiries while completing the survey, please contact the Career & Alumni Section. Alternatively, the survey may be completed via the backup system (URL: https://gradsurvey.usc.edu.tw/) or by using the paper version of the “Graduating Student Questionnaire.” Upon completion, please provide a scanned copy of the completed form and submit it to cjs@g2.usc.edu.tw.

 

※自畢業日起，您的email帳號(@gmX.usc.edu.tw)將調整為僅保留 Gmail 郵件服務，使用期限至畢業後 5 年。其他服務（如 Google 日曆、Google 雲端硬碟、Google 相簿 .....等）將不再提供，請儘早備份或移轉帳號內的重要資料，以避免遺失。
Effective from your graduation date, your email account (@gmX.usc.edu.tw) will be reconfigured to retain Gmail service only, with access available for five years.
Other services (such as Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Photos, etc.) will no longer be provided.  Please back up or migrate any important data from your account as soon as possible to prevent any potential data loss.
